Roles and Responsibilties
Plan and drive initiatives to expand market share
Study the market for potential opportunities and come up with ways and initiatives to drive sales
Design and execute field marketing activities for all stakeholders
Collaborate with all internal stakeholders viz: Accounts , Logistics etc. to ensure time delivery and payment receivables.
Design schemes related to loyalty programs in coordination with internal stakeholders to encourage participation
Value and Volume target achievement for self and team.
Network expansion as per target set
Ensure growth and development of the reporting team by providing them with required inputs, direction and opportunities including soft skill development
Qualification Criteria
Graduate Degree in any stream (B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BBM/B.Tech/B.E)
Minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs
Graduation must be through a full time course
Candidates with MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing will be preffered
Min. Relevant Experience : 5 - 10 Yrs
Roles and Responsibilties
Identify, survey and recview market potential across the allocated Gepgraphic area.
Conduct site visits and provide product presentations to stakeholders for approval of products.
Negotiate and finalise orders
Monitor the site progress and collect customer feedback
Reach out to maximum Retail costumers and provide loyalty benefit programs.
Prepare relevant reports on MS office tools
Reconcile the dealer / distributor account at regular intervals and ensure smooth settlement of payments including outstanding dues
