Roles and Responsibilties
  • Plan and drive initiatives to expand market share
  • Study the market for potential opportunities and come up with ways and initiatives to drive sales
  • Design and execute field marketing activities for all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with all internal stakeholders viz: Accounts , Logistics etc. to ensure time delivery and payment receivables.
  • Design schemes related to loyalty programs in coordination with internal stakeholders to encourage participation
  • Value and Volume target achievement for self and team.
  • Network expansion as per target set
  • Ensure growth and development of the reporting team by providing them with required inputs, direction and opportunities including soft skill development
Qualification Criteria
  • Graduate Degree in any stream (B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BBM/B.Tech/B.E)
  • Minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs
  • Graduation must be through a full time course
  • Candidates with MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing will be preferred
  • Min. Relevant Experience : 5 – 10 Yrs

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify, survey and review market potential across the allocated Geographic area.
  • Conduct site visits and provide product presentations to stakeholders for approval of products.
  • Negotiate and finalise orders
  • Monitor the site progress and collect customer feedback
  • Reach out to maximum Retail costumers and provide loyalty benefit programs.
  • Prepare relevant reports on MS office tools
  • Reconcile the dealer / distributor account at regular intervals and ensure smooth settlement of payments including outstanding dues
