1. Business Manager
Roles and Responsibilties
- Plan and drive initiatives to expand market share
- Study the market for potential opportunities and come up with ways and initiatives to drive sales
- Design and execute field marketing activities for all stakeholders
- Collaborate with all internal stakeholders viz: Accounts , Logistics etc. to ensure time delivery and payment receivables.
- Design schemes related to loyalty programs in coordination with internal stakeholders to encourage participation
- Value and Volume target achievement for self and team.
- Network expansion as per target set
- Ensure growth and development of the reporting team by providing them with required inputs, direction and opportunities including soft skill development
Qualification Criteria
- Graduate Degree in any stream (B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BBM/B.Tech/B.E)
- Minimum of 50% marks throughout education without any backlogs
- Graduation must be through a full time course
- Candidates with MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing will be preferred
- Min. Relevant Experience : 5 – 10 Yrs

2. Assistant Business Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, survey and review market potential across the allocated Geographic area.
- Conduct site visits and provide product presentations to stakeholders for approval of products.
- Negotiate and finalise orders
- Monitor the site progress and collect customer feedback
- Reach out to maximum Retail costumers and provide loyalty benefit programs.
- Prepare relevant reports on MS office tools
- Reconcile the dealer / distributor account at regular intervals and ensure smooth settlement of payments including outstanding dues
Qualification Criteria
- Graduate Degree in any stream (B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/BBM/B.Tech/B.E)
