Kataline Group lead by its Promoters established in 1999 with a vision to tackle the critical challenges of road safety, we have grown into a company with a global presence in the industry. Kataline Limited (Formerly Kataline Infra-Products Private Limited), an ISO 14001:2015 certified company for both the manufacturing of road marking materials and the execution of road marking contracts, has evolved step by step in the dynamic arena of infrastructure while contributing significantly to road safety.
Initially focused on delivering exceptional road marking materials and equipment, we are now recognized as a comprehensive road safety company. Our innovations aim to reduce accidents, enhance the efficiency of a road, improve visibility, and optimize traffic management worldwide. Our product development approach combines market research, engineering expertise and field validation to address evolving road safety and infrastructure requirements.

We specialize in a wide range of products, including Thermoplastic, Cold Applied Plastic, Raised Pavement Markers, Aggregate Based Surfacing, Anti Carbonation Paints, Water Based Paints, Night Glow Paints, Reflective Paints, and specialized Road Marking Equipment. As a manufacturer with extensive experience in application, we have a deep understanding of on-ground requirements, which directly informs and enhances our formulations.
Our focus on blackspot elimination, junction safety, lane adherence, structure protection, nighttime visibility enhancement, and understanding driver behaviour all play key roles in our mission to improve mobility and traffic safety. These innovations help us lead the way in changing driving habits and creating road systems that are safer for all.
- Our Manufacturing Unit
Built for Global Demand
Our manufacturing facilities in Nagpur spans approximately 28,854 sq. m. and includes automated and semi-automated production lines. DRHP-disclosed installed capacity as at the relevant fiscal year: 1,20,000 MTPA for hot-applied thermoplastic and cold-applied plastic materials combined, and 10,40,000 litres per annum for water- and solvent-based road safety marking paints. We ensure to meet the growing global demand for road safety. Designed with a forward thinking approach, our facility integrates advanced technology and sustainable practices, ensuring it is well prepared to cater to industry needs for the next decade.
